1. What pay options does Jackson Gunworks accept?
We accept cash, credit, Venmo, Cash App and trades.
2. Will you consider other trade items besides guns?
Yes. We will consider gold, silver and jewelry trades. However, authentication will be at the cost of the customer.
3. Do you accept returns?
No, all sales are as-is and final.
4. Does the price include taxes?
Yes, taxes are included in the price, but there is an additional $10 background check fee that is required to purchase a firearm and is non-refundable.
5. What are the requirements to purchase a firearm?
You must have a valid TN driver’s license, be 18 years old or above for long gun purchases and 21 years old or above for handgun purchases, and be able to pass a background check.
6. Will you ship a purchase?
Yes, we will ship to any FFL of your choice to complete the paperwork.
7. How long will the purchase process take?
Usually no longer than 5 – 10 minutes if TBI does not have an extensive call backlog.
